Automated Phone System Offers Convenience

If you’ve called into our office in the last couple of weeks, you were greeted by an automated message that gives you several menu options to choose from by simply pushing a particular number on your phone.  While we realize this might take some getting used to, this automated system is designed to make things like paying your bill, checking the amount of your bill and reporting an outage more convenient for our members.

Now, if you’re calling in to simply pay your bill by phone, you can go through the automated system and don’t have to wait on your call to be answered.  The same is true if you want to check your account balance or report an outage; you don’t have to wait for your call to be answered.

Your cooperative takes in a tremendous amount of calls on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.  This new automated system is designed to be more efficient and to save our members time when calling into our office.  Of course, if you need to talk to someone at the cooperative, you will still have that option as well.

So the next time you call to pay your bill, check your account balance or report an outage,  choose the automated option.  We think you’ll find it’s easy to use and saves you time as well.
