Welcome to Pea River Electric Cooperative.  Pea River Electric Cooperative, a Touchstone Energy Cooperative, is a not-for-profit, member-owned distribution cooperative serving approximately 18,000 accounts.  The cooperative is headquartered in Ozark, Alabama.  Pea River Electric serves consumers in portions of three southeast Alabama counties:  Barbour, Dale and Henry.

 As a Touchstone Energy Cooperative, Pea River Electric is dedicated to four core values:  commitment to the communities it serves, integrity, accountability and innovation.  Pea River is proud to be one of more than 600 Touchstone Energy Cooperatives in 46 states that collectively deliver power and energy solutions to more than 22 million members every day.

Local Students Represent Co-op in Washington, D.C.

Three students from Pea River Electric's service area were among the 1,500 young people representing 47 states in this year's Rural Electric Youth Tour to Washington, D.C.

Peters, Pitchford Elected to Pea River Board

Cooperative Board elections were held in District Two in Dale County and District Five in Henry County on Saturday, June 21st.
