Join Us For Pea River's 88th Annual Meeting!
Pea River Cooperative's 2026 Annual Meeting will be held in two sessions on Friday, July 17, and Saturday, July 18.
Members who attend either of the two sessions will receive a $20 credit on their next electric bill, a branded door prize, and will be entered to win one of three electric grills. Grill winners will be drawn after the meeting.
The business session will be held on Friday, July 17, at the Flowers Center for the Performing Arts, located at the intersection of East College Street and Carroll Avenue in Ozark, AL. Doors will open at 5:00 pm with the meeting starting at 6:00 pm. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and pass upon reports of the previous fiscal year and to transact any other business as necessary.

No matter which session you attend, please remember to bring your Annual Meeting registration card, which should be mailed to you the week of the Annual Meeting. Your registration card is required to receive the $20 bill credit and be eligible for prize drawings.
